Terms of Service

Listed pricing is prospective and subject to change, at DASH.RABBIT's, a.k.a. Leopard's, discretion. Any changes to pricing will be discussed fully with the client, prior to issuing payment.Payment is given up front, unless otherwise specified. DASH.RABBIT may offer alternative payment options, instead.The commission will be shown to the buyer in up to four stages: a sketch, a draft, a flat color, and a shaded color, determined by the specific commission purchased. The customer is allowed two free revisions at the sketch stage, and one free revision afterward until the product is confirmed to be complete. "Pay What You Want" options, marked as PWYW, are only eligible for free revisions if agreed by DASH.RABBIT. Any further edits may require an additional fee to be discussed, at DASH.RABBIT's discretion. A full refund and cancellation can be given during the sketch phase, before completion of the phase, upon the client's request. A half refund and cancellation can be given during the draft phase, before completion of the phase, upon the client's request. DASH.RABBIT reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund at any time. The final product is to be delivered within 90 days, plus 5 days per animation frame, after which the client may either receive a full refund or allow additional time. The final product will be a digital image. A physical item will not be provided.You may not attribute any stage of the commission to yourself. The commission may only be attributed to DASH.RABBIT or Leopard, the creator. All rights to the product belong to Leopard. You are free to edit and share the commission afterward, so long as the source is attributed to DASH.RABBIT/Leopard and the commission is not sold in any form without express, documented permission from DASH.RABBIT. If the commission is to be included in a paid work, further royalties will be negotiated.DASH.RABBIT's artwork may not be used in the training of machine learning and AI algorithms. Artwork used for this purpose will be considered stolen via misattribution of DASH.RABBIT's work.Terms of service are subject to change, at which point any persons with pending commissions will be notified. Refund terms will apply as originally agreed in the provided invoice, upon payment.
